![]() We used to believe that people were "right-brained" (creative) or "left-brained" (logical)- however this assumption is incorrect. We use many parts of our brains when we are creative problem-solving. Above is a graphic incorrectly showing our brains divided in half: a logical, science-ey half, and a creative, divergent half. Actually - for individual personality traits, such as creativity or a tendency toward the rational rather than the intuitive, there has been little or no evidence supporting a residence in only one area of the brain.
