CERAMO-RAMA:  Frequently Asked Questions

Who can participate in this event?
FRC's staff, their families / friends. At this time, the event is not open to the public.

If I make something, will it be fired and back to me before Holiday Break?

YES!  As long as it is completed by the end of Wednesday, December 5th, you will be getting it back before you leave for holidays! If you are not able to finish it at Ceramorama, you can come by the art room during lunch hour Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday (December 3-5th) to finish.

What if I want to participate but I don't have a credit card / PayPal?
Come see Ms. Knight in the art room and I can make arrangements for you to pay through the office.

I ordered but something went wrong!
Contact Ms. Knight ASAP and she'll fix things up.

My receipt says "Almassippi Players" - what the heck is that? Am I getting scammed?
Nope, you're all good. Almassippi Players is just the name of a theatre group that Ms. Knight manages. Don't worry, all the payment records from your purchases are being recorded and kept - so we can verify how much you paid and exactly what you ordered!

I want to paint some ceramics, but I have no talent / have no idea what I am doing.
Honestly, talent is great, but fancy glazes are better. We have a lot of those, and they are magical and fairly foolproof.
In addition, at Ceramorama there will be a bunch of volunteers to help you get set up and oriented. Even small children can participate... We'll take care of you! No worries, no stress!

I would like to make something as a gift, but have no ideas.
Come see Ms. Knight in the art room - she'll help you come up with something! Plus, there will be a ton of student helpers around to give you ideas and inspiration. You can also look at ideas online - here are some fun ones from a local store, Crock-a-Doodle.

I have a question that wasn't answered here!
Please email Ms. Knight at dknight@pembinatrails.ca, and put "CERAMORAMA QUESTION" in the subject line.
